FAQs

Coops Cocktails are handmade in Ireland by our expert mixologist. Coops Cocktails are created using fresh ingredients and then go through a natural stabilisation process.
Our range of bottled cocktails are made using a selection of the finest ingredients. A breakdown of the ingredients for each cocktail can be found on the bottle label.
As our cocktails contain natural ingredients, some sedimentation may occur. Shake bottle before use.
Coops Cocktails are ready to serve – just chill, shake over ice, strain and pour into your chosen glassware. Each bottle has the method, recommended glassware and a simple suggested garnish printed on the side of the label.

We love to see our customers getting creative at home. If you don’t have a measure to pour your serve, you can use a measuring jug – each serve should be 100ml. You can use a jar with a lid to shake your drink if you don’t have a cocktail shaker – don’t forget the ice! And your drink can be strained using any sort of sieve that you have at home. Glassware recommendations are just that – use whatever you enjoy drinking from. Most importantly, have fun serving your drinks!
Coops Cocktails have a 4–6-month shelf life. Once opened, keep in the fridge and drink within 7 days.
Our 700ml bottles contain 7 serves.

Currently, we ship nationwide in the Republic of Ireland, and we also ship to the UK.
We charge a flat rate fee of €6.00 for packaging and secure shipping in Ireland – we want your Coops Cocktails to arrive in one piece! We also offer free shipping on orders over €100.
Nationwide: It can take between 2–5 working days to receive your standard order.
Process: We aim to dispatch standard orders within 48 hours (2 working days), and shipping usually takes 2–5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see this!
If you have received a notification that your order has been shipped, and it hasn’t arrived after 5 working days, let us know at hello@coopscockails.ie and we will track your delivery. Please note that once your order is dispatched, we rely on third party carriers, and we cannot 100% guarantee shipping times, especially during busy periods.
We are unable to offer same day delivery currently.

We use DPD for secure nationwide delivery and we use Parcel Force for UK delivery.
Check your spam/promotions folder if you haven’t received confirmation of your order.
If there is a problem with your delivery, we’re happy to help if we can. Orders are insured for damages in transit. If you have opened your bottle, we can’t take it back! Please email hello@coopscocktails.ie
We send a packing slip with orders, but don’t worry – we don’t include prices on this in case cocktails are being sent as gifts.

We are currently only selling online but look out for specialist retail partners in the future!
